At Mood Plushie, each plushie is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.


No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Size, color, or design expectations

  • Gifting issues or delays

We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

After verification, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
